RICA post coiling. I used a GDC 3d 3mm x 4cm, followed by a 2x2 ultrasoft and a 2x1 ultrasoft. I gave her another 1000 units of heparin after the first coil went in. The last coil kicked the catheter out. I decided to quit at that point believing in the concept of "the enemy of good is perfect."
