T1 axials post-gad

Findings: Non-enhancing, extraaxial mass (a) in the left middle cranial fossa with CSF signal. Focal increased signal in the ipsilateral temporal lobe (b) is probably part of the prominent phase encoding artifact (pea) from the cavernous internal carotid arteries.
