Findings: Small area of enhancement (a) with a tiny focus of decreased signal on T2 (b) in the right mesial temporal lobe (a). Mass effect has resolved. The decreased T2 signal is probably hemorrhage from previous biopsy. Substantia nigra (sn). Red nucleus (red). Optic tract (ot). Mamillary body (m). A1 segment of the anterior cerebral artery (a1). Anterior communicating artery (acom). M1 segment of the middle cerebral artery (m1). Basal vein of Rosenthal (bvr). 3rd ventricle (3v). Interpeduncular cistern (ipc).
