Findings: Cystic mass involving the midbrain which pushes the right thalamus superiorly and the tectum of the midbrain posteriorly (a) with a nodule at the inferior aspects (b). Fusiform enlargement of the optic chiasm (c). Enlargement of the left lateral ventricle.
