T1 coronals post-gad

Findings: Poorly defined, asymmetric enhancement involving both cerebellar hemispheres, right greater than left. Most of this is probably phase artifact from the sigmoid sinuses (a). Probable abnormal enhancement involving the medial aspect of the superior cerebellum on the right (b).
