Findings: Poorly defined area of slightly decreased signal involving the superior right cerebellar hemisphere and vermis which distorts the normal folia architecture. Downward displacement of the cerebellar tonsils (a) with flattening of the pons (b) and effacement of the fourth ventricle (c).
