T1 axials pre-gad

Findings: Vague area of patchy decreased signal involving much of the right cerebellar hemisphere pushing the fourth ventricle (a) to the left. A few foci of decreased signal resemble flow voids (b). Prominent temporal horns of the lateral ventricles. Probable left occipital sebaceous cyst.
