Axial CT pre-contrast

Findings: Poorly defined area of decreased attenuation in the right cerebellar hemisphere with mass effect completely effacing the fourth ventricle and most of the right ambient cistern (a). Scattered calcifications most apparent near the 0 vermis (b). Prominent temporal horns of the lateral ventricles (c).
