Findings: Cleft in the left frontal lobe (a) extending to the lateral ventricle with an intervening focus of gray and white matter. The cleft is lined on either side by gray matter (b) extending to the lateral ventricle. There is agenesis of the genu and the anterior body of the corpus callosum (cc).
