Findings: Grossly dysmorphic skull and intracranial contents with cystic dilatation of the fourth ventricle (a) which communicates with a posterior fossa cyst (b). In addition there is a cystic structure which flattens the brain parenchyma of the right cerebral hemisphere (c) and extends across the midline into the left cerebral hemisphere (d). Some of the gyri of the left cerebral hemisphere are less dysmorphic in appearance when compared to the right. The atrium of the left lateral ventricle is grossly enlarged (e). Extensive postoperative changes involving the calvarium. The corpus callosum is not identified.
