T1 axials pre-gad

Findings: A region of smooth brain with absent cortical gyri (a) is present in the left frontal lobe. Multiple other areas of thickened gyri (b) are present throughout both cerebral hemispheres. There is an abnormally deep sulcus (c) in the posterior right frontal lobe lined by gray matter which extends to near the surface of the right lateral ventricle. The left cerebral hemisphere is larger than the right.
