Findings: Generalized, uniform thickening of the calvarium. Note the severe stretching of the optic nerves (on) bilaterally.

4th ventricle (4v). Anterior horns of the lateral ventricles (ahlv). 3rd ventricle (3v). Quadrigeminal plate cistern (quad).
