Findings: Non-enhancing, low attenuation nasopharyngeal mass (a) without invasion of the underlying pharyngeal mucosal space (b), the retropharyngeal space (c) or the nasopharyngeal portion of the masticator space (d). Membrane thickening in the left maxillary sinus.
