Findings: Disruption of the cortex involving the lateral aspect of the roof of the right sphenoid sinus (a) with soft tissue filling the right sphenoid sinus and partially opacifying the left sphenoid sinus. Soft tissue in both maxillary sinuses. Second bony defect in the inferior wall of the lateral aspect of the right sphenoid sinus (b).
