Findings: Increased signal mass (a) in the posterior aspect of the right globe without enhancement. The choroid (ch) is enhancing and elevated by soft tissue (b) which surrounds much of the posterior aspect of the choroid of the right globe. The sclera (scl) is a thin dark rim which is continuous anteriorly with the cornea and surrounds this enhancing soft tissue below the choroid. The right vitreous (vit) has a mushroom shaped appearance. Anterior chamber (ant ch).
