Axial CT post-contrast

Findings: Solid, enhancing mass in the posterior right orbit resulting in remodeling of the greater wing of the sphenoid bone (gws) and the lamina papyracia (lp) as well right proptosis. Small focus of enhancement (a) immediately anterior to the right carotid artery in the anterior cranial fossa.
