Findings: Isointense mass (a) in the left skull base posterior to the internal carotid artery (ica) with scattered curvilinear foci of decreased signal. Soft tissue is extending along the inferior aspect of the left cerebellar hemisphere (b). 7th and 8th cranial nerve complex in the internal auditory canal (iac). Longus capitis muscle (lc). Lateral mass of C1 (lm C1). Obliquus capitis superior muscle (ocs). Obliquus capitis inferior muscle (oci).
