Instructions

The cases are presented in a problem solving manner as unknowns, known diagnoses or specific findings.After the initial images, you can pick another sequence, findings, history, differential or diagnosis in any order. The differential presentedis the top 2-4 possibilities with the most probable diagnosis first. At the end of most cases, there is a "related cases" link which you may use to look atother cases which have something in common with the one you just finished.

To navigate, single click on any colored text. Visited links will change color.If the contents of the page exceed the screen height, scroll with thearrows located on the top and bottom of the right side of the screen.

To run the animations, your computer should be set up to run Quick-Time animations with a movie viewer.Click on the arrow in the lower left of the window to begin the movie. To see a continuous loop,choose "loop" from the "movie" menu. It may be advanced image by image using the arrows inthe bottom right.
