Lumbar spine AP & lat

Findings: Destructive changes of the L2 interspace with involvement of the adjacent vertebral bodies. This results in marked collapse and sclerosis of L2 and L3 vertebral bodies. Anterior wedging deformity with resultant kyphosis.
