Findings: Disk extrusion at the L5-S1 interspace which extends superiorly (arrow). Bulging annuli at L3-4 and L4-5 with degenerative disk changes at L4-5 consisting of disk space narrowing and fatty marrow infiltration of the adjacent superior end plate of L5.
