Findings: Foci of dark signal (a & b) in the prepontine cistern and between the right cavernous internal carotid artery (cav ica) and the sella. The basilar artery (ba) is small inferiorly and normal sized at the level of the sella. Petrous portion of the right internal carotid arteries (petr ica). Posterior cerebral arteries (pca).
