Findings: Enhancing sub-dural soft tissue over both cerebral convexities (a) extending along the falx and over the left parietal lobe (b) and into the cortical sulci (c). Focus of decreased signal without mass effect or enhancement in the deep white matter of the right frontal lobe (d). No flow in the expected location of the superior sagittal sinus.
