Findings: Left vertebral (a) and basilar (b) arteries with increased signal and loss of flow void. Multiple foci of abnormal signal in the gray and white matter of both cerebellar hemispheres and the inferior right occipital lobe. Inflammation of the paranasal sinuses and mastoids.
