T1 axials post-gad

Findings: The lesion demonstrates a relatively smooth, partially ring enhancing appearance with minimal mass effect for its overall size. There is a focus of enhancement within the central aspect of the low T1 signal (arrow) which is indeterminate for enhancement associated with the lesion or post biopsy changes. When compared to the T2 images, the abnormal T2 signal does not extend beyond the advancing front of enhancement .
