Findings: Isointense soft tissue (a) in the region of the posterior 3rd ventricle (3v) adjacent to the cranial aspect of the tectum (tec). The 3rd ventricle (3v) and the lateral ventricles (lv) are enlarged. The 4th ventricle (4v) is normal size. The intervening cerebral aqueduct is not visualized. Vein of Galen (vog). Body of the fornix (bod forn).
