PDW axials

Findings: Huge midline cystic lesion (a) which appears to communicate with the right lateral ventricle and which herniates across the midline and compresses the left lateral ventricle (b). Indeterminate cystic appearing lesion in the parasagittal left occipital region (c) which may represent a prior subdural fluid collection.
