Findings: Huge midline cystic mass which probably communicates with the right lateral ventricle and crosses the midline. The atrium of the left lateral ventricle is being pushed by the lesion but remains enlarged (a). Cystic dilatation of the fourth ventricle (b). Cystic multi-loculated lesion in the left parasagittal occipital region (c) which may be due to prior subdural fluid collection or post operative change.
