The surrounding fat planes are well preserved. 2 small lymph nodes (b) in the left sublingual space which is otherwise normal. Right sublingual space (sls). Body of mandible (man). Sternocleidomastoid m (scm). Epiglottis (epi). Hyoid bone (hy).
