T1 coronals post-gad

Findings: Expansile mass (a) with peripheral enhancement involving the sphenoid sinus which does not invade the cavernous sinus, Meckel's cave (mec), or the sella. Cavernous portion of the right internal carotid artery (cav ica). Supraclinoid left internal carotid artery (sc ica). Optic chiasm (chi).
