T1 sagittals pre-gad

Findings: Severe narrowing of the thecal sac at the L4-5 level with a focus of isointense soft tissue compatible with a disk protrusion (arrow) effacing the ventral thecal sac. Less severe narrowing at the L3-L4 level.
