Findings: Lesion with concentric signal (a) adjacent to the right L4-L5 facet joint (fac) which is filled with fluid. The lesion looks extradural and the true extent of the mass effect upon the thecal sac is better delineated compared to the T1 axials where the mass effect looked more significant.
