T1 sagittals pre-gad

Findings: Posterior cervical soft tissue mass, cystic in the interior with a central focus of soft tissue which is contiguous with the spinal canal and appears attached to the dorsal aspect of the spinal cord. The spinal canal is widened with a syrinx (a) involving the thoracic cord. The posterior fossa is small and there is herniation of the cerebellar tonsils (b) well below the foramen magnum. The lateral and 3rd ventricles are enlarged.
