Findings: Round enhancing lesion in the superior cerebellar vermis with other scattered tiny foci in the left thalamus and the right caudothalamic region (arrows). Small focus of increased signal (a) in the superior right cerebellar hemisphere is probably phase encoding artifact secondary to the transverse sinuses at that level (b).
