Findings: Connection (a) between the right internal carotid artery (ica) and the basilar artery (ba). M1 segment of the right middle cerebral artery (m1). A1 segment of the right anterior cerebral artery (a1). Paired anterior cerebral arteries (aca) connected by the anterior communicator (black arrow). Left posterior communicating artery (pcom). Right posterior cerebral artery (pca).
