Findings: Enhancing mass with multiple curvilinear foci of decreased signal in the left medial skull base with extension into the left external auditory canal (eac) and extension along the anteroinferior aspect of the left cerebellar hemisphere. The left internal carotid artery (ica) is adjacent to the anterior aspect of the mass. Contralateral jugular vein (jv). The clivus or basiocciput (cliv). The left jugular vein is not seen.
